Had a great time today speaking to the employees of State Bank of India on “Gut Health at Your Desk” a topic that felt very relevant given how much of our lives are now spent sitting at desks!
We spoke about some very common (and very avoidable) problems gallstones, fatty liver, and hernias and how everyday work-life habits like skipping meals, long sitting hours, and stress quietly contribute to them. Also touched upon something increasingly important: gastrointestinal cancers now being seen more often in people in their 40s and 50s, and why early awareness matters at this age too.
What made the session truly special was how interactive it was so many thoughtful questions, doubts cleared, and genuine curiosity about taking charge of one’s health. Exactly the kind of engagement that makes these talks worthwhile!
Thankful to SBI for the opportunity to have this important conversation with their team. Small lifestyle changes today can make a big difference tomorrow.
